Ireland folk-rockers The Saw Doctors, who are on an American tour to promote their new CD, That Takes the Biscuit, resurrect a concert of "rarities" for their Cleveland show tonight. The 23-track Biscuit includes "Ways of the World" and other early demos from the late '80s, as well as several live recordings from their London concert in 2002. The quartet has also thrown in a hilarious rendition of "I'm Never Gonna Go on Bebo Again," their tongue-in-cheek scolding of Ireland's online counterpart to MySpace. But don't expect rock clichés about drug abuse and easy sex; the Docs are more at home with tunes about playing Gaelic football and loving fair-haired colleens from afar. Showtime is at 8 tonight at the House of Blues, 308 Euclid Avenue. Tickets are $25 to $40. Call 216-523-2583 or visit www.hob.com.
